# Approximate MPEV3-056-7A preset, revision 1

*MPEV3-056-7A thru 10A*. The user-provided catalogue was visually inspected.
The PDF is not distributed and is not needed by the application or tests.

The flow curve uses the right-hand US gpm axis. The rising curve uses the
left-hand current axis and was not used. Rounded visual readings:

| Outlet pressure, psig | Flow, US gpm | Method |
|---:|---:|---|
| 400 | 6.20 | Graph |
| 800 | 6.12 | Graph |
| 1200 | 6.05 | Graph |
| 1600 | 6.00 | Graph |
| 2000 | 5.90 | Graph |
| 2400 | 5.84 | Graph |
| 2800 | 5.76 | Graph |
| 2820 | 5.75 | Approximate graphical knee |
| 2920 | 3.14 | Approximate regulation segment |
| 3040 | 0 | Approximate graphical intercept |

The application preset retains the first seven readings, moves the knee to
2850 psig / 5.75 gpm, and uses a straight regulation segment through
2925 psig / 3.286 gpm to 3025 psig / 0 gpm. The intermediate point is rounded.
These adjustments align the schematic graph with the textual nominal settings.
They are modeling decisions, not additional measured data. Digitization error
must not be interpreted as the catalogue's ±25 psig cutoff tolerance.

Textual checks: delivery at least 5.7 gpm through 2700 psig; nominal regulation
2850 psig; zero delivery 3025 ±25 psig. Conditions: 7A pump 3200 rpm,
displacement 0.452 in³/rev; motor 11300 rpm; three-phase 115 V, 400 Hz;
phosphate ester at approximately 65 °C. The preset does not describe 8A–10A.

Conversion: 1 psi = 6894.757293 Pa; 1 US gpm = 6.30901964e-5 m³/s.
The catalogue shows outlet gauge pressure. The model interprets it as differential
pressure only with suction fixed at the reference tank pressure. Flow below
400 psig is continued constantly down to zero differential; negative differential
terminates simulation. Above cutoff, flow remains zero without clamping network
pressure. Switching off assumes ideal reverse isolation, not documented internal
valve behavior. Electrical power, efficiency, losses at cutoff, regulator dynamics
and extra leakage corrections are outside this model.

Each pump document stores its table plus a complete preset/provenance snapshot.
Editing the table changes the instance; later library revisions do not replace it.
